What We Need

As a non-profit, Catholic Land Exchange does not expect payment for our services; however, we do need some financial support to provide those services. Therefore, we hope to finance our operations by procuring grants and donations. Depending on the terms of a particular exchange of land, it may be that one or both persons or families involved in the exchange are able to make a small donation to Catholic Land Exchange in gratitude for the services we offer. As suggested in our account of what we seek to offer, it seems reasonable for those exchanging money as well as real estate to set aside some percentage of the financial transaction to support Catholic Land Exchange, but those involved in exchanges we have facilitated may also wish to (or be more able to) make donations to Catholic Land Exchange some time after a transfer of property to make available to others the services and benefits they themselves have received. And perhaps some of the professionals whose services we promote will see fit to donate to Catholic Land Exchange some portions of whatever fees they may collect through transactions we facilitate.
