Mission

Catholic Land Exchange exists to facilitate the transfer of real estate—particularly and especially productive land suitable for farming and ranching on a scale appropriate for familial stewardship—between aging landowners and young families. To do so, we introduce landowners and land-seekers to each other as well as to various professionals (financial planners, tax consultants, accountants, attorneys, real estate agents, etc.) whose services may benefit them.
