The Caxton Initiative

The Caxton Initiative aims to be a resource to teachers and writers who need support and encouragement in their academic endeavors, especially finishing graduate degrees (completing theses and dissertations) and preparing articles and books for publication. Many teachers and writers lack the kind of collegial support essential to producing meaningful and beautiful written work, so we humbly and freely offer our assistance to them in terms of editing and coaching. But the Caxton Initiative will only be effective so long as multiple editors and coaches are willing to form its ranks, so long as donors are willing and able to finance this good work, and so long as there are teachers and writers who desire the collegial support of its editors and coaches.
