Faculty-Administered

The first universities were legal corporations uniting groups of faculty or students. Because students are members of a college or university for about four years and faculty are members of the organization for as many as forty years, St. Isidore’s is faculty-administered but relies upon the input of students as well. St. Isidore’s does not employ administrators who are not actively members of the regular teaching faculty. To learn more about our reasons for being faculty-administered, please read our “Thoughts on Faculty-Administrators.”
